Just went through drive thru orderd a grilled chicken burger for my mum with added bacon no sauce get home no bacon and latherd in sauce. Better communication needed as these changes can be for health reasons

I just got home from ordering through drive-thru and i have received a burger with mayonnaise on it when i asked for no mayo due to being allergic. i also found a hair within the burger while checking for anymore mistakes as i realised that none of the workers have hair nets on. very disappointing.

Always use drive thru, onion rings are always cooked fresh, sometimes parts of the order are wrong but always corrected without arguement. Friendly staff and great food

Came in through drive thru, ordered two bubblegum storms and a sprite. And she asked me to drive down to the next window when I’m ready. So I drove down to the next window. Sat there for about 5 mins as they were walking by looking at us ignoring the fact we were there and ready to pay. So stuck her hand out at the other end and I drove down. Apologised and asked if I was meant to come to this window. She rudely said yep but there wasn’t a sign on the first window saying drive down. I apologised again and said there wasn’t a sign. She gave the desserts and shut the window and didn’t give us the sprite. I work at McDonald’s so I know how annoying it can be. But wasn’t a need for this
