Was there for my niece's wedding reception, we had a great night plenty of room inside the facility, with a licensed bar that kept the alcohol flowing from the bar and the waiters kept the tables topped up also.The only issue was the reception was ended by the facility at 12am. I assume because of the liquor licence that must have ended at 12am. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Krystal Function Centre is the place to be! My husband and I got married and had our reception there last Sunday and we are still starstruck with how perfect and magical the reception was.We have received sooooo many compliments on the whole day, but especially the food.The whole reception ran smoothly, was stress free and was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't fault it one bit. I remember sitting at the front looking around and I started to cry because everything was just so perfect and magical.Nicole and the whole team went up and above! All the staff were great and were so welcoming. They took care of us and all our guests. 100% recommend!!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Krystal Function Centre and it was an amazing night. All of our guests had a great time and we we have received so many compliments. The food was superb and the service was perfect. We could not be happier!Sophia went above and beyond for us, even arranging a solution to what could have been a serious problem and ensuring the night went according to plan and was a fantastic evening. We would both personally like to thank Sophia for her efforts.We have also been to several other events here and every time the result is the same, a fantastic evening with great food and service. We 100% recommend this venue to anyone , you will not regret it!

We attended a wedding at this venue and a small fire started on a rail that was hanging just in front of the bridal table. The staff standing front on stood around and did nothing. The hostess grabbed a fire extinguisher primed it"by spraying the powder directly on the guests sitting on the bridal table. She did put the fire out so good on her. But instead of clearing the room till the powder settled and was cleaned up. She let guests keep dancing in a room full of powder. When asked why no staff had started cleaning the powder or why people were not told to evacuate the building till the powder settled her response was she "didn't want to ruin the moment" above all else guest safety should be their number one priority. It wasn't till maybe 20-30 minutes later that the staff started to "clean" the mess using dust mops causing the powder to kick up again. When questioned about this all the hostess tried to put all the blame on the bride and groom for wanting to use indoor sparkler machines. Ultimately the buck stops with her and the venue when it comes to safety. They approved the use of the sparkler and it was the venue that put the flammable flowers on the rail. all in all the venue and the staff showed how incompetent they are when it comes to safety."

One star as that is I can't post a review otherwise. Attended a wedding on the weekend. Midway through the wedding one of the pyrotechnics went off and and set the fake flower arrangement above the bridal table on fire. The manager of the venue grabbed the closest fire extinguisher (ABE dry chemical powder) and proceeded to put the fire out with no warning. Covering the Bride and Groom in powder as well as the bridal party. Two of the bridesmaids are heavily pregnant and a mother with her 3 month old were all within the area that was covered with powder.The manager then proceeded to argue about not wanting to ruin the couple first dance (dance was over) putting everyones health and safety at risk instead of cleaning up the powder (Roughly an hour later it got cleaned up) as well as make up none existent type of fire extinguisher such as a baking powder extinguisher. Admitting that she knew that the floral arrangement was flammable and the pyrotechnics shouldn't have been underneath it.As someone who has worked in the fire industry and know what the chemical can do. Her display of unprofessional and disregard for peoples safety is an utter disgrace. The manager of the venue should be ashamed of the behaviour she displayed after the incident.We have tried to contact them and are still yet to hear back.In regards to the owners comment about an agreement. There was never and agreement made between myself / family and the owner. The owner instead chose to harrass us with constant phone calls upto 15 calls in one day.

Our wedding was held at Krystal Function Centre last weekend and we couldn’t recommend this venue enough! Nicole and the team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect and we are so grateful for all of their support leading up to and on the day.We’ve received so many fantastic reviews from guests as well! If you’re looking for a beautiful venue that ticks all the boxes, Krystal Function Centre is 100% the place to go. Thank you so much Nicole and team!

My brother had his wedding here. The team and manager Sophie were amazing. They made their night wonderful and everything they wanted! Sophie is definitely someone you want to be working behind the scenes to ensure your event is everything you wanted!

My daughter and now son in law found this hidden gem and I've got one word.....WOW!!!The team at Krystal function centre went above and beyond to make the night one to remember! I am beyond words for what they did for the new couple to make the night one to remember. It's been 4 nights since the wedding and people are still talking about this venue and what was done to make this the wedding night of a lifetime! The lead up and organisation was second to none (thank you Nicole❤️), the food was unbelievable and to top it off the little 'extras'....again, wow!!!I feel like my 'kids' hit the jackpot with this place.I almost want to keep this place sacred to us but thought it would be a waste not sharing it for anyone looking for that perfect venue for their upcoming wedding or event.Trust me when I say you will thank me for sharing this place. Unreal and the best night of everyone's life being there and witnessing something amazing.Thanks Soph and Nicole for making this the best night of not only the bride and groom but the 130+ guests who are still on a high xx
