The first time I went in the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending pre workouts.The second time on the other hand, the bloke seemed to have no interest in serving us.He clearly had no idea what he was talking about, nothing is more frustrating than a person who gives phony advice and just gets argumentative when given the actual facts.If you want to go in and there's a bloke that doesn't look like he's ever step foot in a gym, save yourself the effort and keep walking!
