Josh was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Josh was excellent from start to finish. He kept his appointments, was helpful, explained things clearly and tidied up after himself when he left. He also said he's available if we need him to help us understand the operation of the system better, and for any on-going support.He knew his job, down to the best colours for the ducting, inside and out. Josh and his team serviced our existing split system units, as well as diagnosing an issue with our ducted system. Josh was very professional and approachable, with outstanding communication both in person and in the lead up to appointments. Josh was prompt in providing us with a quote and answered all our questions for a replacement ducted system. He and his team were very efficient and friendly during the replacement. We will definitely be using Josh's services again.

I can highly recommend South Air-conditioning Solutions. From the first meeting with Josh it was clear he understood our needs, very happy with the size of the system he recommended. Josh and his team were professional, prompt and kept us informed of the progress of our instillation. I highly recommend south AC Solutions. Josh was prompt replying and easy to contact through messages; and provided good details on the service he does.On the day he messaged prior arrival (within the time frame he advised). He provided good information on our units once served. He cleaned both well.Once he had completed he gave us honest advice on the future of the units and information on next options (during which at no point did we feel pressured to upgrade).We will definitely use him again for service and if we need to replace our old AC. I rarely give 5stars but I could not fault Josh at all. Thanks

Josh was very professional in his communications with us regarding our appointment to clean our air conditioning unit.Very helpful providing some tips to extend the longevity of the unit and to save power when the unit is in use.I would recommend him to anyone who requires this service and will be using him for our next clean!
