Came in asked to get something made, lady was very enthusiastic and said it would be ready next day. Went in and the lady said she forgot and couldn’t be bothered making it. Absolutely awful customer service! They Waldo couldn’t answer questions I had makes me question the legitimacy of the jewellery.

We came in while in port Douglas and what a beautiful shop. We shopped for necklaces and a wind chime and could not be happier. Such a lovely vibe, wonderful staff. All over so pleasant. Highly recommend, we will be back!
