I went to Hearingworks because of its proximity to my workplace, but since going there, I have not regretted it. From the very beginning, Nicole has been incredibly helpful and professional. She recommended hearing aids that have made a huge difference to me; and the follow-up support I have had from her is extraordinary. I feel as though she is committed to ensuring that I have the best possible outcome and I am already delighted with the results.

I needed a hearing test for work and a friend recommended Nicole to me. The office has a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. And I was offered a cup of tea! Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommended audiologist.I booked an appointment with Nicole after searching for an audiologist on google. I'm very happy that I chose Hearingworks. Nicole and Tamara were amazing. They were extremely professional, patient, and very kind and caring too.

I’m a musician and came to Hearing Works to get impressions of my ears done for In Ear Monitors I am getting custom made in the USA. Nicole did an amazing job with the impressions first time around, highly recommended.Also needed to get an ear wax removal done before the impressions were made and it was a much safer and thorough process than going to any GP (as I have done in the past). Highly recommended over any GP for ear wax removal if needed.

Thanks to Nicole and the team at Hearingworks for their informative and supportive approach in fitting my Dad and helping him to adjust to hearing aids. No matter what the question or adjustment, Nicole has always taken the time and worked with Dad to make sure he is comfortable with the hearing aids and has the best hearing possible.
