I was referred to Callan and I've been thoroughly impressed by his plumbing services. He was on time and stuck to the Covid protocols to ensure my family and I were safe. The quotes I requested for minor toilet repairs and the installations of my tap and shower were fair, especially with the standard of service I received. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a plumber!

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but I would highly recommend avoiding this business. I saw other negative reviews and wish I had not dealt with this business. We asked them to fix a leaking tap and quote on a water line for the fridge. They left with the tap still leaking (the plumber didn't test) and got angry at my wife for requesting a quote before he commenced work on the water line. He proceeded to get visibly angry and storm out saying we would need to get a quote from the office. They then proceeded to send us an invoice for $200+ and took 3 weeks to send an invoice for the fridge water line. They have since sent this debt to an agressive debt collector because I refused to pay since they did not provide the service. Literally the worst experience with a business we've ever had. If they spent as much time disputing their work as they did fixing and testing the work to make sure the customer was happy perhaps their reviews would be better. Meanwhile my tap is still leaking.

I can’t thank these guys enough for what they have done over the last 12 months with our house build! from planing out the install from start to finish dealing with hunter water councils and absolutely everything in between!they have gone above and beyond!There work is nothing but quality! The service is unbelievable very professional and very easy to communicate with. Nothing was ever a problem. I can’t speak highly enough of Murphy’s plumbing! Absolutely best in the business! The young Plumber turned up on time neatly presented, very polite. He unblocked our sewer pipes which I must say was not a very pleasant job. I offered to clean up the mess that the unblocking had caused in our garage. He would not even consider that and cleaned up the entire site, I must add that the blockage was caused by me trying to be a plumber which clearly didn’t work. I would recommend Murphy plumbing to anybody needing prompt reliable and affordable plumbing services

Ask them to to replace a mixer tap cassette which I provided. Young guy turned up with shifter wrench and Allan keys. Didn’t take his boots off , changed cassette in 10-15 minutes and couldn’t tighten tap to stop it leaking so said he had to go and get another spanner. He disappeared for 40 minutes before returning with pipe spanner to tighten it so tight it turned out I need 2 hands to use the tap.Put in 3 calls asking for a manager to return my calls to No responseThen received a bill for $357.50 including charge for tap cassette which I supplied and 2 hours labor charge for a 15 minute jobThey wouldn’t return any of my 3 calls so in frustration I called another plumber to fix it so I could use it properly….job done perfectly even left boots at front door6 weeks after job done I get another email account so I call and let them know I’m not paying bill till someone returns my calls to talk about the job. Well suddenly I get a call from the boss who agrees it’s a 15 min job but minimum charge is 1hr which I have no problem with and said they shouldn’t have charged for cassette BUT I should have discussed my problems with the office girl and not expect to get a call from the manager after all he explained you don’t get to talk to your Doctor….I explained. I actually Do…. I have his F….ing mobile number…,HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!A perfect example of their attitude when they get caught out.Suggest NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

The response was prompt and tradesmen were polite. Appraisal of the jobs and updating of progress was timely and explained well. At all times tradesmen were courteous and considerate. Previous experience with Murphy Plumbing was equally efficient resulting in a desired outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Murphy Plumbing.
