Fantastic Furniture

Worst experience I have ever had! Save your money and time, go somewhere else! Bought a lounge 18 weeks ago and was told it will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. When it arrived 8 weeks later, wrong colour! Had to go in again to show them what colour I actually ordered and was told it's gonna take 6-8 weeks again. No replacement lounge or anything else was offered. After I complained and explained that I have nowhere to sit in my living room, becuse I sold my old one a day before the new one arrived. They gave me the ugliest and most uncomfortable dirty light green used 3 seater for time being. Thanks a lot! Waited 8 weeks, no calls or anything and had to get in touch myself. They said that it is somewhere in the warehouse and will be at our place in mather of days. Waited another 2 weeks and went to the shop to see whats the go. The girl had no idea where the lounge is. It had 't even arrived by seacontainer yet. Asked for manager and she wouldn't come out from the office to talk to me, saying that she has the flue. What an absolute joke! Still have no idea when im going to get my lounge. Got $150.00 back on my card after complaining and asking for it myself. Shittest shop around! Very unhappy customer and will never shop at Fantastic furniture ever again !!!

I don’t often do this, but don’t buy from Fantastic Furniture in Myaree (especially).They have made and broken sooo many promises, without any form of apology or standing by their word on multiple situations.Osborne park store seems fine as have bought there without issue, but with the amount of personal time wasted I will not shop at any store again.Never have I had such little care from a company about standing behind their staffs words. Multiple staff at that.

Absolutely disgraceful. These guys took our Money for a dining set 11 weeks ago, we were told 3-4 weeks delivery. Every time we called the store we were transferred to a call centre in Melbourne (we live in Perth). They promised us 16 days ago that the items had landed at the distribution centre in Perth and we should expect to have the items in 7-10 days. 14 days later we called again for an update and we were told they hadn’t even arrived in the country. so, 3 months later and still no delivery date. How a company can take peoples money and sell items that it doesn’t have? It should be illegal. Not worth it. Dodge this place and take your business elsewhere!!

Management needs to hire staff who are happy to work in covid 19 times. Just staff seem rude and see customers as infected people. If you don't want to work in these times, maybe time to join the Centrelink line!!!

Hold minimal stock, paid upfront for delivery and arranged for the coming Friday (bought on a Monday first thing) Told Friday would receive a call to arrange delivery, I did not receive a call. I left it until Monday as sometimes delays happen, sure. Nothing at all, called them around 3pm, delivery still had not been organised at all. It was then organised for the next day, I said I needed it early as I have meetings all afternoon. Next morning, receive no text or call like I was told I would, called to get an ETA, was informed of delivery between 11 and 2, just in time to ruin all my meetings.Don't spend your hard earned here, whatever you do.

The perfect place to get a couch if you want to wait 3+ months with no written confirmation/contact of any kind. Made multiple phone calls to the store trying to track the order status only to be told there's delays each time and promised information via email/call back which never happened. Phone communication was abrupt and pretty rude considering delivery was already significantly later than the maximum estimated delay.

Bought a lounge suite about 10 weeks ago and was told 8 -12 week wait due to Christmas which was fine. Got a call last week to say the couch is ready and organised delivery for Monday afternoon. Got a call at 5.30pm to say they have lost part of the couch and would not be delivering. I now have no couch and no idea when I will. Have called 3 times today and all they say is 'warehouse haven't got back to me yet'. Absolutely useless, will be demanding full refund and will buy a new couch from someone else if my order is not found and delivered shortly.

Had delivery for today. Past expected time of delivery. So go to call the store and see what's happening. Called no joke, over 8 times and no one from the store has picked up the phone? Not sure what they doing there but communication skills very low.

The Myaree Fantastic Furniture went above an beyond during my shopping experience. After extremely poor customer service from the Osborne Park location I was about to give up on Fantastic at all. But after the incredible service I received at the Myaree branch I will drive across Perth any time to shop with them.

I went to the Myaree store and asked if other stores had a lounge that I liked in stock and was told I had to phone around myself to find out if not I would have to wait 8 to 10 weeks. Great way to lose customers.I ended up over at the Cockburn store and bought the lounge and other items as well. 10 points to Cockburn for their customer service.
