Very dishonest company. Do not take your car here!!! Took my car in because it wouldn't start. When I went to pick it up I was charged for 3 hours labour and a new battery which I didn't receive as we took our own in. When I rung the business up I was told I was undercharged for labour so they will not refund the battery I was charged for but did not receive. The work written on the receipt was main ecu plug disconnected" they were telling me it took 5 hours to plug in a ecu plug and could not give me a list of the work they had done to the car for5 hours. Complete and total rip-off. In the process of applying for a minor debt dispute as they have charged me for an item I did not recieve."

WORST MECHANIC ON THE COAST 0 STARS! Do not bring your car here. They ruined my entire engine while trying to replace an alternator. A simple job ended up costing almost triple the original cost to rectify the problems these guys caused my car. Do not reccomend at all. Take your car somewhere else.

Company contacted twice the next day after posted negative review. Genuinely sorry, ordered part and fixed problem with no further charge other than part. Evident Nerang Auto electrical are trying hard to keep all their customers happy and willing to go the extra when some aren’t. Thank you for your decency.

Nick was excellent very much recommended. Am definitely getting NAE to do the rest of my auto electrical.They connected usb port and 2 wireless phone chargers.Great work so happy.10 out of 5 stars

My car had a weird leak from the battery and I was in a hurry to fix. Nerang auto managed to shift things around to help me out and the guy named Flo stayed with my car until it was fixed and then didn’t charge me much money. I was so impressed by the service and would recommend these guys to all my friends. Thank you.

Iron Man, Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, Thor… who needs them when you have a Vaughan?! This guy… we were visiting Mt Tamborine for my nephew’s wedding and our alternator and battery died on the way up the hill (from Sunny Coast). So there Vaughan was, laying on the lawn of the venue carpark, fitting a new alternator and battery, on a Friday night when I’m sure he had other things to do! This young lad’s attitude will get him far. He’s a credit to Nerang Auto Electrical. Thanks team, weekend saved and crisis averted! Cheers, Damo.

My partner and I came into the get his car fixed and we had excellent service, the lady marge was very helpful on the phone and the owner was very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend

Bad experience. Called up and booked appointment, several back and forth conversations with the lady on the phone. She still couldn't understand what i wanted. She booked me in for a battery test, not what i asked for. I turn up, the fellow wouldn't do what was required, as it was booked only for a battery test. Haven't got the time he said. What a waste of time, taking my boat there. Have heard similar experiences from other locals. Definitely go else where.

If I could have given minus 10stars I would have.Staff are rude and incompetent. Our car broke down at the store 10 days ago so we left the car there to be repaired. In 10 days they looked at it twice and could not find the problem. The communication from them was almost non existent and when they rang once in 10days their attitude was disgusting. We picked the car up today as there had been no progress apart from staff guessing what the problem may be. We were given a small piece of wire to jump start the car. They charged us $250 for a non existence service.I would never go back there and I urge people to think twice before leaving their car with these people as your experience will most likely be terrible from what amounts to totally irresponsible, incompetent and rude staff.Save your money and go elsewhere.
