I ordered creamy garlic prawns on 5 th May 2023. The pizza was tasteless and the bread was half cooked. It was absolute rubbish spoilt my whole evening.Never ever patronize again and spread the news amongst my colleagues. Jude

Absolutely the most incompetent dominos store. Every single order I have ever made has been stuffed up and management refuses to compensate me after multiple incorrect orders. Their staff NEED to be trained. You call to complain and are put on hold for minutes at a time. Ridiculous. The worst part is when I need delivery, they're my local store and I end up having to drive there because they put you on hold and don't pick up again.

We have received the food after 2 hrs of ordering! They never picked the call when we tried to contact. Seriously this store staffs need some training. Why should they even accept online orders if they don’t have enough staffing!!!

If I could vote 0 stars I would have. On multiple occasions, about 5 times, we have ordered delivery from this store and without fail everytime it has been 30+ mins late. Now when I say late, that is based in the time that the app says the pizza will arrive which I think is actually the accurate time because by the time the food arrives, I would prefer to eat reheated microwave pizza.That's not to mention the multiple occasions that the delivery man has arrived missing items, especially drinks only to take another 40mins to return with a warm Pepsi Max and an apology. Or the 2 times we've waited 40mins then called to find out what's going and been told oh yeah it's not coming there are no delivery drivers

If I could give half a star I would but I can't. The last four times I've ordered dominos from Mascot there's always been an issue whether it was the missing garlic bread or just not the right pizza. But I thought I might try it tonight and thought surely everything will be fine. Placed our order around 6pm and was texted that our food was to arrive between 6:20-6:40pm. It got to 6.52pm and our food hadn't been delivered yet, so I rang the store to check on our pizzas. I was told there were delays because of the rain but it should be here soon. It got to 7:10pm and still no pizza. So I rang the store again and was told the driver had been in an accident and he had to go back to the store and pick up new pizzas and we had to wait another 15 mins. We live in Botany and the store is in Mascot which is next door. There is no way this delivery should have taken that long. 7:24pm the food arrives and the icing on the cake after all that, was our Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple. So I called the store to make a complaint about receiving the wrong pizza, the poor service and lack of communication. I was told that there was an attempt to contact me 3 times to let me know that there was no pineapple, which I just do not believe as I had no missed calls. There was no empathy and sincerity in the apology I got for the hassle I went through just to order some pizza. Communication to your customers goes a long way and lying is just not good customer service. I most definitely will not be ordering delivery anymore and would rather pick up pizza from another Domino's store next time. They just have no idea how to run it at Mascot and tonight just proved me right! What a horrible experience. It will be my last.

Small place but always clean, accurate and on time. Staff is really friendly, I usually order through the app, but I’ve seen them treat other customers wonderfully. Only couple seats to have it in.

Decent place. Amount of toppings are fairly inconsistent but the service is friendly and usually accurate with their orders. Drivers are on time and nice too and food has usually arrived on time.

This place is a joke. Ordered online for delivery, tracked the progress on the app. I understand that it’s a busy store servicing a big population, so we were expecting a wait, that wasn’t the issue. The issue was getting an automated call telling us that our order was out for delivery.30mins later, no update, the gps tracker on the delivery guy had not changed. Called the store… no answer. Called the 13 number to transfer to store, no answer. No idea where our order was, with no means of finding out. Decided to make my own way to the store to find out. By the time I get there, the pizza guy is at my apartment.Like I said, I get it’s a busy store, but maybe pick up the phone or actually give proper updates so people aren’t left hanging wondering where their order is
