Good selection at middle of the road prices. They always seem to have very friendly staff. Staff were busy with a few people on the phone but I still got out of there in timely fashion.

Website says items are in stock but when you get there the stock isn't on the shelves. It's happened twice to me now.

Visited the store Friday 29 November around 2:30pm. They didn't have the item I required but phoned another store which would be delivering later that afternoon. I returned about 1 1/2 hours later to see my order on the counter ready for pickup. Great price (plus NRMA member discount!), great staff and exceptional service.

Had a really poor experience with the staff here. Guy was most unhelpful, ignored me despite standing at the counter and saying “good morning”. Reluctant to help with finding the part. Had the complete opposite experience at Belconnen Repco, very friendly and helpful.

Went in for a car battery. Had problems with afterpay" app using for the first time. The men there were so professional and helpful. Paid for our battery and deleted the app!! Will go again because excellent service!"

Just went there to get a part for my son's car. The guy behind the counter (didn't catch his name) was so friendly and went over and above what was required to help me. This is the kind of service that sees people coming back. I definitely will be and will recommend Repco to my family and friends.
