Purchased the wrong 3 piece combo product from the Shepparton store and took the item here to refund/swap the product over. I was told they were out of stock on the 3 piece combo I needed but instead of making me drive to a different store the guys made up the kit on the spot and honoured a free 18v battery for the one day sale at the time. Awesome service

John, Harry and Matt. Absolute legends, never had that much great customer service where I had to leave a review. The boys answered all my questions, gave me advice and I couldn’t have asked for more. Unbelievable service by the boys today. Really appreciate Adem’s professionalism and patience with me. Took his time to run me through the pros and cons between Milwaukee and Dewalt. Wasn’t pushy to close the deal. Won’t buy my tools anywhere else now. Thanks again Adem!

I love Sydney tools but today the guys just focus on chatting and laughing like pubs. When I interrupted them for help on my spate parts... they suggested to go in different place... fortunately total tools close to them treat me professionally and I resolve my problem. Enjoy guys.

Please be aware that this doggy business DO NOT provide refunds for faulty items. They will only give store credits. I got a jump starter didn’t work when I needed but they refused to provide refund. Go to Bunnings and stay away from this unethical place.
