My dog sat in a cage and pined for me , and I told them about his leg injured , when I picked my my dog up , he was glad to see me . And the lady said your dog leg is injured . And I asked for a full dog groom . He’s still hairy , won’t bring my dog there again .

Very bad experience with grooming. My boy was still wet and he had blood on his nail.The staff looks so angry all the time and never smile at the customers.They took my dog to the cage and we were still there and the other lady told to the one that was pulling our dog that we were watching to be gentle.So disappointed. The staff at the front are friendly and they give treat all the time to our puppy but the grooming salon absolutely to avoid.

Highly recommend Deb for the puppy classes! She is a very kind and knowledgeable dog trainer, we see improvements in our pup every week! 2 classes with Deb completed, definitely going to the next! Thank you so much for all of your training and advice. You are so amazing!!

Never any Guinea Pig products just empty shelves. Tried over the past few months nothing everytime. Its actually put me off petstock in general. After the brilliant service I got in Victoria.

Definitely recommend Kiara if you are going there for advice- she has gone above and beyond to give us recommendations and tips for our rescue chihuahua - please reward her for being so positive and so helpful for 2 very anxious new puppy owners :)

Better off going to city farmers they have way more stock, better prices, better dog collars that don't cost you an arm and a leg, better customer service, more advanced knowledge in animal care ♡ and actually know what they are talking about and not just trying to make a sale.

My parents have been taking Kiki to Rachel at Petstock Baldivis for over a year now and is groomed perfectly every time. Kiki isn’t a fan of grooming but loves Rachel. Everyone is so nice and look after our baby so well. 10/10 recommend every time
