I have been looked after by Elders Adelaide West for about 2 years now. The sign up process was seamless and very professional. I had to go through my first claim about 4 months ago due to some significant damage after a weather event. Jess and Sam were all over it like white on rice. I was contacted to keep me updated on the progress, the steps I had to undertake were well explained and not too laborious, and my claim was accepted and funded in a very acceptable time frame, and certainly met my lofty expectations.
