Bad management;I visited them to fix the motor speed light which is easy and don’t take time; they gave me a date after 3 weeks. At this date, I delivered the car at Midday and they told me that it’s expected to be finished at 4 pm. At 4 pm, they called me to book another date and they suddenly discovered that they are busy and couldn’t fix the car today. I feel disrespected but I wish them the best and this is my honest review.

They act nicely with you but behind your back it's a proper rip off, I had one issue with the car they made it three issues which has never existed before and then I had an argument and I asked them to give me back the car in the same condition that I have given them the car and all the other issues they made up and that the car won't work it never existed and I drove my car normally except the issue that I had before and the other two issues they made up were not correct to charge me more money. I'm very disappointed with their services and no good at all !!

Needed a brake light fixed so brought the car in late one day. Had replaced the bulb and checked the fuse myself so figured there was wiring or light socket problems. Turns out I'm just a fool and the team gently pointed that by simply replacing the bulb with the correct one free of charge. A simple kindness. Many thanks, 5/5

Mototorbike chain cut into the oxygen sensor wire. Good honest advice was able to get the wire redone that day. Working as new.

Went in for an issue with a reversing light and some false error lights, got back and was told, quote 'yeah it was too much labour' and charged $225 despite them having fixed nothing and having told me nothing. They also didn't call when the car was finished so I sat around all day waiting for an update. Waste of time and money.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, let alone 1 star review.But unfortunately I went to Gibbs and had a bad experience from the owner which I felt he was quite rude, and not helpful at all and not welcoming.I Don’t suggest this business. There are others next doors.

Time and money wasters. Too hard basket, took my money and left me high and dry. Had used Gibbs numerous times in the past. Had an issue with my Redarc brake controller wiring. They are an authorised Redarc dealer. Spoke to them at length before hand to explain the problem, they took the job, said they could fix it easily, I waited a week for the appointment. By lunchtime they called saying they could not diagnose the problem saying there were lots of wires (really?!)"
