When people come to pick up packages don’t just assume they have the wrong place? It’s happened to me twice and they told me both times I had the wrong Bentley post office without even checking that my packages were there! Both times I had to pressure them into checking to see if my packages were there and both times I was correct! Fix your customer service.

Worst Customer service ever provide by manager Sunny. He was very rude and could not provide accurate information. I was charged $27 as Registered Post tracking number was not valid to be used. I will take further action and will not recommend their horrible service to any new customer. Be prepared to pay more in here. He is not even aware that Ebay is active since 21 years in Australia. Very disappointing manager. He needs serious training in customer service.
