I have been seeing Alesha for both individual and group sessions for over a year and I'm the strongest I have ever been. Group sessions are a perfect combination of the support and fun you get from being in a group but still with the personalised attention needed to make sure you're performing your best. One on one Alesha looks at the whole person and how your body moves and works with you to make you the best, pain and injury free athlete you can be. I have managed to be almost back pain free for the first time in my life, something I never thought possible. And I am lifting weight I could only have dreamed was possible before. I can't recommend Alesha enough for anyone who wants a supportive, safe environment to be the best you.

I've been playing soccer for more than half of my life and I feel like my body and muscles made some bad habits over the years. This lead to aches, tightness and limited movement. Then enter, Alesha. Her understanding of the demands of sport combined with her awesome knowledge of the body mean that you develop the muscles that give you power and strength, whilst protecting the joints and muscles vulnerable to injury. I'm the strongest I've ever been and Lesh is so approachable, relatable and just an all round awesome person who genuinely cares about you and your body. I especially value her holistic view of health and fitness, she always has something to teach and has a great network of other professionals that she can recommend for nutiriton, massage etc. Love your work Lesh and recommend you 200% to anyone!

Right from day one, Alesha has been very approachable for both physical and mental health focused discussions. I felt comfortable discussing injuries, goals, aspirations, and general life with her. Alesha's level of biomechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are second to none, and I trust her 100% with my training. Alesha prioritises you as an entire person and works incredibly hard to ensure you have a healthy, well-balanced life that will maximise your happiness and your health. Alesha brings the fun back into training and promotes a safe fitness community. I would recommend her to every person I meet.

Alesha is an incredible trainer. She helped me feel confident in my squat and deadlifts and her knowledge means she can give the best feedback you can ask for. I never quite understood if I was bracing and doing all those things properly until she explained it to me in a way that made sense.Also so qualified for any injuries or issues you might need working around!

I have been seeing Alesha for over a year for 3 x weekly sessions. I suffer from severe asthma and unlike other people in this industry Alesha has listened to my concerns and stress around exercising with asthma and has completely tailored each session to push me but to keep me safe. Safety and well-being is at the core of this business and is a true focus for Alesha. I feel stronger and more confident in my abilities and for a chick who hates exercise I look forward to seeing Alesha!
