Universal barber

Absolutely frustrated. Visited on 7 July 4pm. Waited my turn 5 people infront of me. When my turn came, they called the guy who came after me. They did not want to listen to me. I would understand if that guy had a booking. They just gave priority for no reason. Check the cameras who was right. Waste of time, I will not visit again.The guy went for a drink (redbull), yes, he left for 4-5 minutes. But still he was after me. He visited the shop about 30 minutes after me. You thought he was first, because he notified you that he was going for a drink and coming back. And you remembered his presence and thought he was the next. When I visited the shop, there were two customers having their hair cut. After that I waited young boy about 4-5 years old then two indian guys, and one New Zealand guy, then Asian guy.I am editing this review, not because I have nothing to do but reviewing, the reason is your business is not sorry for this experience. Check the cameras not from the time he left for a drink, but the moment I visited the shop. Unbelievable.

I used to come here for a hair cut every month and I was really appreciated with cut. Especially asian woman barber is much much better than male barbers.In short; do not have a hair cut from old guys and when they are about to close the shop.I had a hair cut couple days ago which was totally disappointing. It was 6pm, after work, and they closed the gates to prevent from new customers. I knew that I was going to have a really bad cut but I had anyway. Around40-45 years old man cut my hair but he was rushing and he just wanted to go home obviously. Even I show what kind of style I want, he just cut hair randomly. He cut one side longer and one side shorter, he didn't even check lenght of the hair. It was totally disaster. I tried to warn him to fix my hair couple times but then I just gave up. He was just making worse.It was one of the worst hair cut I have ever had. I cut my hair again when I got back home. So do not have a hair cut from old guys and try not have a hair cut when they are about to close the shop.

Referring specifically to the one star review left by ‘Sirojidin’, I am the customer who he is claiming went before him, and I feel it’s important for the readers to be aware of the truth. As me and the manager explained to him then, in the short conversation, after which he chose to leave and then decided to use this platform to express himself, I was waiting well before him. I just went to get a drink, and I told the owner that I’d be back in 5 mins, which I was. This gentleman was informed of this, very politely, by the manager (and myself), but chose to be quiet then, leave, and then put a negative review here. I think that’s unfair to the business, and I’m just clarifying the truth for all readers.On a side note, I highly recommend this place. The people are very polite, do a very thorough job regardless of how busy it gets (which was the case today). Very friendly and competent.

Beware of the poorly dressed brown barber with Curley hair. I hope the other barbers are better but this guy is horrible. He did not know what he was doing and rushed through the entire haircut. I told him just a small trim at the top and he cut my hair super short. He used the shaver for practically 90% of my haircut and used the scissors 4 times to cut off half of my hair length off. 10/10 would not recommend

The lady cut my fiancee's hair without following instructions. The cut ended up way too short. Next time, it wouldn't hurt to ask him what he wants and what he thinks about the cut before making it shorter and shorter. Not recommended.

Ivan is literally the worst mens barber. He is so aggressive and doesn’t listen to your instructions. Please do not go to him.

This place gives an amazing haircut, if you are to come, come between Friday and Sunday and ask for Billy. On that note, they don't take/make appoinents apparently. Be wary of that and don't waste your time attempting to do so, I asked to make an appointment with Billy and was told I can't. I have to walk in and hope" they aren't busy. Grouse haircut

I'm a former customer. Waited (2nd in line) for over an hour for a mens haircut. They had one hairdresser working with a queue of over 6 people waiting. Gave up and left as I was reaching the point where If even they started on me they wouldn't be done in time. Don't go here unless you can spare 2 hours or more for a mens haircut. When they do cut it, its a good job but unless you're there to socialise with the hairdressers- chances are this isn't the place for you.
