I ordered schnitzel and chips and it was the most bland processed chicken I've ever eaten. It also came cold but that is forgiveable as it was delivered. The chips were standard but also bland. Focaccia was somehow crispy on edges but raw in the middle topped with watery semi sundried tomatoes and a side of an unseasoned cheap olive oil vinegarette. My stomach hurts so bad right now and I didn't even eat much of it. Literally never again.

The food was beautiful, big servings and delicious flavours. The garlic bread was amazing. We will definitely be back

Good food and place to enjoy your evening. BYO is available and nice staff and service. Prices are little high, however, due to location and remote area it’s understandable. Location is also beautiful for after dinner lake sunset.

AMAZING !!! I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS !!!好吃的deliciosoشَهِيّslastanlahodnýlekkerSo many ways to say DELICIOUS!!!!Went to tea as a first timer on Saturday night the resto was absolutely spotless and you can see into the entire kitchen and it too was so clean despite the amazing dishes being pumped out !!It was busy yet we didn't wait long at all....my parpadelle pasta was so beautiful and silky unreal home made .. BEST BOSCAIOLA SAUCE MMMMMM HEAVEN ! My bestie had a parmy nearly as big as her head and it was hand made too no freezer geezers or chef Mike here !!THEN came the NUTELLA PIZZAAAAAA which was so so soooooo delicious....we couldn't fit everything in ....I wish I had another belly to eat more it was that good!!I will happily drive from North Gong to Mt Warrigal for this taste bud festival extravaganza again!!Just to be sure you feeling me......can't rate this enough!!Oh and our waitress was an absolute GUN we never waited on a single drink 10/10 girl!!See pics !

Had a lovely dinner here. Very friendly staff and delicious food really enjoyed the Nutella pizza at the end. Look forward to coming again to try more dishes especially the garlic bread watching it come out to other tables made us wish we had got it

A little hidden gem in Mt Warrigal with to die for Italian cuisines. Reasonable price, lots to different dishes to choose from and spacious seating arrangements. Be sure to book so you don't miss out.They also have pizzas specials on Wednesdays and pasta specials on thursday

Been a while since our last visit to Il Lago Mt.Warrigal and in a nutshell the food was ordinary, which was unusual for their usual standard. We had 2 bolognese dishes that were dry and tasteless, and 2 other cream based dishes shared by my wife and daughter found them both quite ill later that evening. Most disappointing was that our table of 8 were squashed onto a table more suited for 6 whilst a table of 8 sat unoccupied during our visit. I hope our next visit is much better, if we decide to return.

Great food. Pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of staff in the kitchen and you can tell. The food was amazing .
