Came here for reflexology session & was able to get in immediately. Had the person who was the receptionist be my therapist & she was good to adjust massage to my desired pressure. Overall good massage to relieve tension in my lower legs & feet.

Horrible experience. Quoted 45 min remedial massage lower back and calf. Lady didn’t speak any English, despite pointing to my calf and lower back multiple times during appointment. She did my neck and upper back.Then the guy at desk who quoted me told me they charge extra for health fund receipt and proceeded to rip me off an additional $5 or refused me a receipt. Total waste of time and money. Don’t bother coming here.

Extremely poor service. I asked for a massage covered by my health care and gave my card beforehand and asked if it was okay and claimed, them man said yes yes and rushed me into the massage room. Afterwards they told me my card is not accepted and I tried to explain that I checked before my massage. The constantly spoke over me and did not let me finish. I would not recommend!!

Went in for a relaxing shoulder and back massage with hot stones, spent the next few days in pain! Also had to ask for a clean towel as the one provided was slightly damp and dirty!!

This Massage Salon scammed me yesterday.I paid $85 for Foot spa, reflexology, neck and shoulder massage /1 hour, as advertised on their pricing board at reception.I presented my health care card, which gave $35 to the salon and I paid the gap $50.When I received the treatment, they soaked my feet in very hot water for 5 mins, then around 50 mins Reflexology. The masseuse then left the room, so I called the receptionist and she wanted to charge an extra $5.00 for the foot soak. I said that I paid $85 for the full treatment, and she said, “Sorry, no time, very busy “ So I asked her to refund $20 and she refused and walked into the treatment room and closed the door !! This is totally unacceptable, and this company is ripping off clients . DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Very dissatisfied!!!

I attended there yesterday, Saturday the 1st of August.As the massage begun the young lady decided to dig her elbow straight down my spinal cord in which left me wincing in pain, I had to instruct her to massage the muscle not the spinal cord.From there, it got worse... for periods of up to 4 minutes the lady just dug her elbow into a part of my body and not move it, she then decided to apply oil to my back to which it become more slippery than a slide at wet and wild. Refusing to use her hands.I was done, whilst I paid for 1 hour I could only last 25 minutes due to this incompetence, I would highly recommend never ever attending.
