Coles Uni Hill

Witnessed a rude/racist incident. On Tuesday, 23 May 2023, at around 8:50pm, we were at the bread section near the entrance. There’s a middle aged male staff member marking off prices. An old Asian lady approached to him, said hey and she wanted to ask questions. That male staff member intentionally turned his back on her and walked away. (She was close enough and loud enough. We stood further but we can hear her) His reaction and everything just showed that he doesn’t want to serve her. It’s very obvious that he did it on purpose. He chose to ignore her. (I am sure he has no hearing problems because he was chatting with his team mates) What kind of manner is that? Well if you don’t want to provide customer service, you probably should change your career. Retail is not a good fit for you!

Steve was working in the self serve when I was putting through my groceries.It was great to have a laugh and good conversation with him.It's makes a difference when you have great customer service.Thanks Steve

Always good for shopping. It has Nike, Adidas, Puma and many more high quality brands. Always discount their.

Used to love the Best Buy section lay out in this store and would drive a little further down plenty road to this store instead of the one in Bundoora square. The section doesn't go against the other shelves and allows me to see all the new things in one quick round. Not the same anymore and the staff member wasn't even sure about who they can forward this feedback to.

Not the biggest Coles around by far but conveniently located next to the Uni Hill Factory outlet stores. Lots of underground parking under the store.

My recent foray into Coles Uni Hill was marked by an impeccably orchestrated operation and meticulously stocked shelves. However, I must bemoan the diminutive size of the self-serve grocery section, which detracted from an otherwise stellar experience and left a tinge of dissatisfaction. The impressive variety and quality of the products on display attest to the assiduous curation and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Coles Uni Hill is an impressive establishment, deserving of the highest accolades for their uncompromising pursuit of retail excellence

It’s your usual Coles with less crowd. Always stocked up and helpful staff. BUT your phone does not catch any signals inside the store. I believe it’s deliberate. They don’t want you comparing online. So please get rid of the jammers.

I went to here today to get a 24 pack of coke. Due to pain in my back I'm not able to lift heavy things, so I went to front desk and asked for help.Both staff members who assisted me were really helpful. The box was bought out to me and Put into my trolley
