We had the pleasure of Shavonne being the florist for our wedding a few months ago at Ocean View Estates. We honestly couldn’t fault her work in any way! She was extremely organised, thorough, accommodating and very easy to work with in the planning stages. This followed through to the wedding day where Shavonne also adapted easily to some last minute changes due to wet weather. The florals were absolutely gorgeous in every way (including a floral dog collar!) and we received many compliments on the day. We used a combination of artificial florals and fresh greenery which worked perfectly together. Lastly, she preserved my bouquet in resin which looks beautiful and is the physical embodiment of a cherished memory that lives in our home. I booked Shavonne last year for my wedding, I messaged to double check we were all set and ready, but she told me she had lost the date of my wedding due to a computer system change over, she did not contacted me to ask when it was and now is unavailable for my wedding.Now I’m trying to find a florist 5 weeks before my wedding. Her flowers at IGA are lovely, but she is unprofessional in my opinion.I really don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but as I’m now struggling to find another florist that’s available, I’m very frustrated, when she could have sorted this months ago with a simple message/phone call.

i bought a beautiful seasonal bunch from flowersby shavonne,i would like to highlight her customer service was exceptional, she made sure she had every detail before she created the bouquet.she rang me confirming that she had the right details prior to delivery.
