Integrity New Homes Upper Hunter
After a year of discussion and payment of preliminary services agreement they put the construction of my house in the too hard basket. House plans and a good description of the design were given before the initial quote. It was recommended that the fee was paid to get a more accurate quote and final cost. At the year mark the builder had stopped spending time on the project and stopped contacting me, without a refund given. Don't expect any help from the director of the brand either. He must fully support the actions of his franchise. Steer clear if you want a custom house built. Still ongoing...
