We can't say enough good things about the ihear clinic the staff are amazing they make you feel very special when you go in to see them. It's like visiting friends we always come away a smile on our face. We would recommend them to anyone don't feel nervous about getting your ears tested as they make you feel very comfortable. As a tourist visiting Stanthorpe, we had a problem with a hearing aid.The person in the shop was very friendly and helpful.She fixed the problem and the hearing aid was workind again. Without that it would have spolied our holiday.Its realy nice to see such a good service.

Yes hello, would like to suggest you ask a number of questions to truly determine the benefit of my hearing aid and how l live with these new sounds of life. Also how it has impacted my everyday lifestyle. In my experience it has given me more confidence in communicating with others, whereas before l retreated into my own soundless, noiseless world, and for this l am very grateful. If l now choose to withdraw into a world of silence l simple remove my ear pieces. So thank you ihear for giving me this option.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff here aim to please. Not only that the experience was fantastic and it exceeded expectations.They took the time to ensure the devices met exactly the needs and lifestyle of my husband. Making sure that we fully understood the devices and accessories, the appointment ran over time, but the time was given freely and we didn’t feel rushed. Would highly recommend

The ladies at Stanthorpe I hear done a fantastic job setting up my hearing aids I hadn’t worn them for 12 months but now that they’re set up properly with the app I haven’t taken them out except when I go to bed.
