Alex was quick in sending out Robert to come and inspect and diagnose the pilot light issue with my gas ducted heating. I had called Lexco just after 10AM that morning and Alex was very professional and kept me informed and ensured that service was going to be delivered that afternoon. Robert who came to my property was very professional and promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He also conducted a carbon monoxide level check throughout my house to ensure it was safe, and also gave me tips on how to better maintain my gas ducted heating system and keep my house warm. I would definitely recommend Lexco for prompt and professional service.

Extremely happy with the service. Alex was quick to respond on the phone and visit at his earliest availibility. Alex and Jimmy did a terrific job in identifying the underlying issue and doing all the necessary work to fix it in a single appointment (which included travelling back to get more valves, which is time they did not charge for). Alex is also very good at explaining the issue and only installed valves that were necessary for the safe operation of my appliances.Very passionate about their work and I recommend them to anyone who would ask for a plumber. 10/10.
