Should have believed the reviews ! What a disgrace to business ethics ! Tried them over and over for benefit of doubt (my expense) and last time they told me to come in and they would fix-replace my nails with a new full set that lifted within 4-7 days after being done !!! Drove there with the Sunday traffic as I was advised to come that day, to sit and be told “ you need to pay for a new full set, your fault because- nails are so thin…” no surprise they got sanded down by your staff !!!No accountability for anything, not even an offer good will. Disappointed and disgusted.Will NEVER go back…

If I could give it minus stars I would . My daughter paid $55 for substandard rubbish that was rushed , unprofessional & unfinished. Not only that but clearly untrained & uncaring staff damaged her skin & provided no hand or cuticle care. Will be visiting the store for a refund . .. & possibly the GP for antibacterial cream.Instead of “Indulge “ suggest you “Abstain”

I have been going to see Jackie for 10 years and l wouldnt go anyway else. Great business. Very hard working. l always get treated well. ❤❤❤❤

Over the past 2 years I have been very impressed by Jacki and her team at Indulge Nails & Spa.The service is always good but also importantly-quick and competitively priced.Eye-lashes are second to none in Sydney!Thank you, team Indulge

45$ for the worst manicure I’ve ever received in my whole life!I got them done yesterday and they look so bad I’m gonna get them done again!Just Try to avoid this place! The staff is unprofessional and not friendly at all!

Very disappointed- the nail technician did not listen to what I asked for- asked three times and still got wrong shape nails; I asked for a little shorter- the amount of growth- she cut so much off my finger nails that they were below my finger tips- I had to get her to put tips on, as she butchered my nails - then charged me for the tips! The pedicure was done as if she had no idea what she was doing. She splashed acetone all over me as she tried to soak my sns off and cut my toe when trying to trim my toe nails- I left feeling rushed and not valued. Poor customer service will not be going back!!

If I could give this establishment NO STARS I would. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use this business. The rudest of the rude work here.. not sanitary at all, over-priced and not good quality nail art at all!Disgusting on every level. Shame on you.

Mediocre. I had to ask to file more my nails and to remove the dry skin again and again. The technician wasn't happy and didn't seem keen to provide the proper service. Overall that's not a pleasant experience.

Came for a pedicure, girl was not experienced at all, after telling her to slow down looked like she was drilling a hole into my toe nail. They then changed her to another nail tech and she was just rushing the pedicure as if they had a line waiting outside, when their was no one at the nail salon. I highly don’t recommend this place and very sad that they would even hire staff like this. Then leaving they said cash only? No sign stating they only take cash payments, says on the wall minimum eft $20? Very very disappointing. Wouldn’t be back that’s for sure.
