Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Don’t want to name the agent but if a customer discusses their budget with you, they still need to be responded to well. I was told not to waste their time despite them calling and emailing couple of times and was mocked upon the budget. I would never go with them.Also this is not my first purchase and I have definitely dealt with extremely professional agents in the past.

Alvin was really rude and unprofessional, the property i liked it was under him i decided not to communicate with him directly and chose an another agent to talk to.When we purchase the property alvin told us property is intalled with cameras and recorder will be intalled before we move in but its more than 3 months now and he don't even bother to reply to email, messages or call.ZERO ETHICAL VALUE.

Purchased a propertyin Molonglo Valley, only on one condition of house to be professional cleaned. A hand made reciept was provided for cleaning, and when we went there it was totally opposite. There were still stain marks on carpet every where, washrooms were not clean looked used. Kitchen was a not clean as well.When asked to look into the matter, was told to contact solicitor for the problem. Really unprofessional and felt cheated, not going to recommend any one.Have some integrity and honour in your work. BROTHER.
