Roma's Largest Bottle Tree
Love Roma's bottle trees. The biggest one is huge, but I am especially impressed by the avenue of honour, 140 bottle trees planted in honour of the fallen in WW1.

Roma's Largest Bottle Tree
Roma’s largest bottle tree, which has the incredible girth of 9.62 metres, a height of 15 metres and a crown of 23 metres, was transplanted by Roma Town Council to its present location from a local property in 1927. The tree was fairly well grown at the time of the transplant and quite possibly originated in the nineteenth century.Well worth a visit if you are a tree lover. Roma’s streets are lined with these bottle trees but this one is a magnificent specimen.

Pretty big bottle tree! Ample parking available, quiet destination. There is good information boards providing history of the bottle tree discovery and uses, as well as many boards providing information on other local animals/dinosaur history. Great place for lunch if travelling through.

Massive tree . Interesting fact on the board close by where the width of the trees replanted within the towns are larger than those found in the wild.Wonder if nature. Interesting stop along that way.

Roma's Largest Bottle Tree
While it is apparently Roma's biggest bottle tree, its not really that spectacular. There's plenty of other things to look at around the area. That said, the bottle trees around town improve the aesthetics.

Easily accessed ... can drive up to it. It's big ... not the biggest bottle tree I've seen, but impressive. Good information board and able to take pics from all directions.

This is fantastic. Yes some might think it is just a tree, but it is an awesome tree. The council are doing some work around it so visitors can get a good look and also the tree is a bit more protected

Clean, quiet, a metal walkway has been placed around half of it to get up close and stay dry when the river is full. Parking area right in front of it. Some information signs
