Call Me The Breeze Boutique

I shopped online with this boutique and absolutely loved my purchase! Such prompt service even with shipping delays too.

Very poor customer service- especially compared to other online boutiques. Received a lecture from the owner (Tara Rowe) when I nicely questioned why an item was removed for a storewide sale. Tara stated that said item 'rarely would go on sale, if ever!' I was then ignored when I commented (again nicely) that call me the breeze don't have sign up codes or any incentives to purchase their goods, like other customer focused online boutiques have. I've noticed that the majority of their items can actually be found on other websites where customers feel appreciated.***Edit- my original review was posted approx. 5 months ago. They have only just added a sign up code within the last few months (finally). Tara was not honest in her response to this review. She answered a few of my emails about the removed product immediately. As soon as I mentioned about discounts and gave feedback, however, she then ignored me. It was OVER 24 hours later when I wrote the review after being ignored.I will still never purchase anything from this store due to such poor customer service from the owner herself! There are plenty of other customer focused boutiques online!

Australian fashion brands rule at the moment and this boutique is full of gems!I have received about the best customer service of my life from Bekki, after an initial small hiccup it was quickly rectified and Bekki has gone above and beyond to make up for it.I am truly amazed and impressed at how good these guys are. UK has a long way to go!Will definitely be visiting again.Thank you
