After going here for about 2 years I went through 8 different councillors. Only once was it my choice to change. This was hard because of the abandonment issues I had from childhood trauma that I had told each of them about.By the end of it I was told to go to the ER because I wanted to end it all. They even threatened to be in control of all my income and put me under a sort of house arrest? That was never brought up again and was just flat out confusing.Then I was told I was either going to get better or worse but they couldn’t help me.They gave me no alternative options and just sent me on my way. I was 15-16...From the people and doctors I have spoken to I have never once heard a good thing about this place and it’s very disappointing.I hope they have changes and are helping young people get the help they need and deserve. But from what I have heard it’s still pretty much the same.

Poor communication. Disappointed

Would not be referring this service onto anyone, do not waste your time and mental energy! Seek help through other services and organisations. Good luck on your journey to finding support for yourself and or loved ones.
