Bakers Delight Northland

The worst Bakers Delight in the North by far, and their bacon rolls are the worst, dry, and much smaller than other Bakers Delight in the area. Savoury products always dry and over cooked. Rude staff, most definetley no customer service skills from Baker to staff serving. This store needs a desperate revamp with staff and products get rid of the current and start over. I'd rather travel an extra few kms than buy from this store. Pathetic products and staff. Bring in a decent Hot bread store Northland

Very good collection of breads and pastries. I always had great experience with them. Our favourites are the chocolate croissant and the scones.

Good customer service but the price for wholemeal loaf increased and the size is getting smaller. Few times got tiny sizes already.

Excuse me, but I was just served by the nicest young lady tonight. Didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair and it was on a Thursday at the end of the night. It was 8:59pm and I asked if they were still open and she said yes and asked what I’d like and I said “one apple and walnut scroll please” and she was so friendly and bubbly and gave it to me and I paid. She had such a nice attitude and was so kind to serve me right before they closed, and considering she was clearly in the middle of cleaning the store. Anyway, when I walked away and looked in the bag, there was not one apple and walnut scroll, but TWO. And then I turned around in disbelief but she was gone. Shout out to this girl, she made my night and deserves a promotion. Also shout out to the vegan apple and walnut scrolls. (Am not taking the piss by the way. Just genuinely a great experience).

Very bad service, yesterday I bought 2 Danish , the apple one was burned and I had to throw it away. Also I asked for 2 white rolls and I received only one but they charged me for 2 instead. I was disappointed with this service and products

Unfriendly staff with zero customer skills. No smiles, no communication and both girls visibly rolling their eyes and talking about an elderly customer behind her back. She wasn’t even being difficult. Most other BD stores are known for their friendliness. Not this one.

Can't go wrong, freshly bake and friendly service

Bakers delight northland need new bakers or owners. This bakers delight bread give bakers delight a bad name. It never taste as soft as other stores. The rolls are always hard and over cooked. The bread at coles taste better and is half the price

Worst service ever buy the baker him self, Arrogance beyond imagination. I have been a customer for over 18 years and I have been using the loyalty cards in all these years. I also randomly shop at different Bakers Delight due to convenience. Just because my card had stamps from others stores he would not provide me with my complimentary bread, even tho I had stamps from northland on it. Talk about bad customer service. Thank God there are plenty of other bakeries around.
