All the ladies have always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've also witnessed their extreme patience and professionalism in dealing with difficult customers, which must be commended.

Extremely helpful staff!Had my rental car company screw up a parcel postage, so I dod not grt my car keys the day I had to leave, to catch my flight in time.The staff spent heaps of energy tracking it down, calling the sorting center, cause it had not been scanned

This is the most efficient post office I have ever been too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the Post Office is very bright and clean and full of merchandise and post office stationery. I congratulate the staff at Yamba.

Mixed experience. When I arrived in Yamba I needed some information about sending a package to Europe. The lady who helped me with that was very kind and informative! The next following monday when I wanted to send the package it was quite different. The first lady who helped me chose a package method was very nice, but the one who finished the order was the most rude, unkind and uninterested person ever. If you work in service, you should be able to socialize or just be kind to your customers. So yeah, three stars.

Australia Post - Yamba Post Shop
Not actually about my local PO, but Aus Post more generally. I need to contact the Yamba Post Office. No local number anywhere and when you go through the ‘call’ number you go through a menu convolution that eventually tells you the address of your local Post Office. No phone number, no email address. I don’t need to send them anything, just talk to them about parcel delivery and my PO Box. Why can’t I talk to my Post Office? Are they a secret or something?
