Great place lots of variety more frozen reptile food than other pet stores. Great friendly helpful staff.

I have found a huge difference between stores, moe has very little stock variety and most of it, no price displayed and low stock levels. Some staff have no idea about things but always friendly. Morwell is pretty much the same no prices n the staff aren't very helpful. Bairnsdale is great everthing priced staff knowledgeable and very helpful.

I've shopped here a few times recently and I have always enjoyed the experience. But on the last occasion I would say I was highly disappointed. The store manager knew me and I even spoke to her about any available jobs. The manager also knew I applied and I had visited the store a few times in the past couple of weeks, always saying hello to her. I've bought four fish from here and the first three are still doing great. Totally healthy and loving life. The fourth, a Black Moor started showing problems after three days, it was listless and struggling. I went in-store to talk to them about it and the outcome was not what I expected of a pet store. They don't really have a Fish policy or guarantee unlike their competitors. I spoke with the head office afterwards and they advised that the staff should have at least asked to have a look at the fish (they didn't) and they also should of tested the water to see if it was a problem with the water or the fish (they didn't). They just told me that they only refund if the fish is dead within seven days

I asked the female assistant for a good toy for my cat and....WOW SHE COULNT HAVE SUGGESTED A MORE PERFECT TOY. ITS JUST A FURRY TOY ON A STICK BUT MY LITTLE TOMMYHENRY LOVE IT SO MUCH...TO THAT ASSISTANT THANKYOU FOR JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SHOWING SOME PEOPLE DO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK...THIS WOMEN DESERVES AN AWARD FOR GOOD OLD FASHION CARE...

Went into pet domain Moe store was looking to purchase two of your dog beds that were on special and two bags of Royal Canon that were selling for quick sale. I was talking to a gentleman about the food when the store manager abruptly yelled from the other end of the store “she is in me doesn’t work here so she has no clue how these foods work”I abruptly walked out of the shop with anger and embarrassment with no dogfood and no dog beds. I came back into the store and gave the manager a good dressing down and told her never to speak or yell across the store at me again. came home and I literally broke down in tears.
