Kissan Smash Repairs

Poor service - owner/manager will block your phone number to avoid communication. Still have not received the excess rebate (5 months and still waiting). Staff keeps asking to call owner/manager but he doesnt answer and even pretends to not hear you when he accidentally answers your call.

Very unprofessional and poor service. Never ever recommend this place to any. I really had a hard time in getting my car repaired. Gave my car for a simple painting job and fixing loose flaps. My car was treated very badly by their staffs and i had to visit the shop 3 times to get it repaired. They even drilled a hole in my car for no reason. Had a very bad treatment from Stuart. We agreed upon 400 dollars for the repairs and later on they denied to gave me invoice for the service claiming that ill be charged extra for GST. If you love your car and want to get the repairs done with perfection, never ever visit this shop. I am attaching the photos how those guys presented my car when i came to take the delivery for the second time. They asked me to take off those tapes myself after reaching home by myself. Pls note, when i went to pick-up for the first time, the car was not properly repaired.

On 2023.05.29, I revisited Kissan Smash Repairs after 2 years, to replace a broken part (with a new part) underneath of my car's engine. Avoid them at any cost. Learn from my mistake. My worst experience ever with them. Unprofessional and incompetent staff.Painted my bumper with incorrect color code and then giving lame excuses. Didn't do other work minor work like fog light installationand other minor touch ups which was committed in the begining. Told me my car is ready whereas it wasnt when I went to pick it up. Was supposed to be a one day job and it took two weeks with 4-5 visits and the result was awful. Cheap job done. I regret it alot.

I came to Kissan to get a quote to repair peeling paint from a bumper repair done by another repairer after the paint peeled for a second time. They explained that the surface was not prepared properly by the previous repairer and detailed what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote for the re-spray. The repair was finished only one day later than estimated and that was because they were not happy with the colour match when they started to re-spray and had to get advice on the paint mix so that it would be perfect. I like that they made sure everything as perfect and was quite happy to wait a day longer. I am very happy with the job done and the care taken to get everything right. I should have come here in the first place.Thank-you to the staff at Kissan for repairing the paint on my hard to colour match phantom red MG.

Poor Service, Unprofessional work, they realigned my car bumper and left all the screws loose, had to get it fixed from other place at extra cost. Be careful before getting your car repaired at this place. Moreover when you call back you will find manager to be too busy to get back to you :)
