Eric is a true champion, gave me a time and date, a week later he was nocking on the door at the exact time.Not only does he drop off water he tells you everything you need to know, this man knows the ins and outs of marine tanks, was a very good experience and learnt a lot of knowledge. he always gives a message to make sure all is going well. If i have any problems with the fish tank I know who to call.
