Service was lovely. Super clean. Sorry, forget the two guys that served and cleaned. Very polite and helpful. Sad you didn't have banana fritters anymore. Yes, shows how long l haven't been, we are deprived of red rooster on the far south coast

Our last trip here was a disaster.The young lady behind the counter was not at all interested. She could not have got our order more wrong, I had to go back twice to get what we actually ordered.The food is reasonable, as good as can be expected, I guess.The service is usually pretty good and there's plenty of parking.I wouldn't recommend the drive-through if you have anything larger than your normal sedan. It's really tight, but there's plenty of parking at the front door or in the servo next door, lots of parking there, even for semi trailers and caravans.

Stopped off here because I will never go to the others joints at this location.. I was looking for a chicken roll with fresh bun but still managed to order the microwave version... Anyway was tasty and good when driving

Feed back for Headoffice please pass on to your managers.None of your stores give the correct amount of spoons. Most don't give out wet towels. Everytime we have a meal we have to go back to the counter and ask. This store gave us no spoons and no wet towels. But there was a mess up with my order that I benefited from so thankyou no complaints from me

Ordered a boxed meal. Chicken must have been sitting there all day. Burger was luke warm at absolute best. Gravy tasted like I was eating a bag of flour. The fried chicken was the only reason I left 1 star as it wasn’t terrible. Chips were also cold. Stay away.

First time at the Nowra Red Rooster.Ordered the fried chicken took a while for the order waiting on fresh fried took 15mins. Was worth the wait crunchy skin and seasoned salt on the fries also fresh cooked. The chicken is not pressure cooked so not as tender. Question is will it be dry if left unsold? Will try it again.

I had an issue with one of the items ordered as part of the Big Feast". After arriving home I telephone called the store to make a complaint. Manager "Nick" was happy to address my concerns in a professional manner and went out of his way to fix it. The quality of the items overall are better than the "other place"
