I would give a negative star if it was available. Several voicemail mesages left & no response. Terrible customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would! This company's sole business strategy is to get you to sign on their dotted line, ultimately conning you into subscribing to access a database of complete utter useless data. It doesn't matter if you are a homewares store or small business and answer 'no'. They will find a way to turn it around.It seems BCI have run out of big fish to catch and going after anyone and everyone selling anything remotely for the commercial industry, even if it is a side table. Admittedly I signed up only to realise this was NOT for me and their information was useless for my business. There are no cooling off periods, no time to really think about it. They will use all the sales tactics they can pull out to make you feel they are helping you build a bright future for yourself, even pulling the 'we won't go after your competitors' if you sign up today *smile*.I signed but decided to retract after a month, before the official contract was to start. At that stage I had NOT accessed their website or touched a byte of data. Instead of just simply looking at these facts and letting it go, the BCI account manager came back at me with 'sorry you signed a contract and we will take you to bad debt if you retract', not caring the slightest.The account managers' seniors are also in on this strategy so don't even bother trying to take it up the chain thinking that they don't know about it.Unless you are medium sized business in the building and construction industry where you have the capacity to supply 500 units of a knob or 100 units of a light, or a steel beam or 1000 windows, DO NOT even let these wolves meet with you. If they scoured you from Instagram please beware of their tactics. And if you are approached by a female who promises to show you how to use the database to get your lighting products into multi-million dollar construction projects, think again. This is her sales pitch. I hope this review helps anyone out there make the decision to turn them away if you are just a small business and have no capacity to utilise their information. At the end of the day they are not looking after you, they are only just trying to meet their sales targets and BCI's bottom line. You are just a number and contract to them that serves their purpose.They are now direct debiting their hard earned cash from my bank account based on the contract they got me to sign and I still have not found any use from their data.So GOOD LUCK if you decide to sign that dotted line.
