Beyond happy! These guys have done 2 insurance jobs on my Corolla and I honestly didn’t think I could be any happier then the first time but wow!Quick turn around time, lift to and from the hire car yard, car was clean and looked flawless.They are always so busy and their work definitely tells you why.I would never go anywhere else and honestly urge anyone to give them a go!Highly recommended!!!Thanks guys! I love you but I hope I don’t need to see you soon! :)

Poor PROFESSIONALISM!Car serviced 26-05. Prior to this booking, brought in my car for an estimate and told me by the lovely receptionist that it will only takes 5 days to repair. She has been told by another lady who did the check in my car. Unfortunately, on the 7th day (FRIDAY)NO calls or updates from this company!!waited Monday and called to ask for updates. The receptionist said that the car will be ready tomorrow (Tuesday) same thing happened until Wednesday. Wednesday, called again and a RUDE lady answered and not lovely JODI. She said that my car still wasnt ready for pick up! I've asked her whats the update. Give me a reason of not being ready. She said that it's not finish, dont stress! (I was super stress as I have work and unable to pick up. Not giving you exact day for pick up so you can have time off from work) Until I recaived a call @3:25pm with JODI and told me that my car is not ready.Asked her why there was a delay? She said she is going to speak to the MANAGER and find out! The manager explained that WE HAVE SCRATCHED THE BONNET OF YOUR CAR and was an accident! This seems nnegligence on your behalf. Customers trust you and take RESPONSIBILITY of ANY CARS. It is easy for you guys to fix or do the repairs but putting up another damaged to a BRAND NEW CAR was not very nice. Paints over the black rubber headlight was obvious! I wasnt happy with the service and I was the one who is literally chasing up whats going on. POOR COMMUNICATION.Note: I have a note of my odometer prior dropping off my car. When picked up

Unfortunately I had to visit this place owing to a blind driver running into the back of my son's car. On arrival a lovely lady greeted me and explained everything I needed to know to start the repair to my son's car. I found them very polite professional and friendly. It wasn't as painful as I thought. I know now the repairs to my son's car will be as good as their reception. Reception 5 stars. We pick the car up on the agreed day. GREAT JOB. CAR WAS PERFECT. 10 stars.

Friendly and professional service. Job done very well.Only complaint is there were two old pieces used in my brand new rear bumper bar which just looked out of place in a new repair.Maybe those bits didn’t come with the new bar.

Car was delayed a week late and with almost nil contact unless I made the call. Whilst one staff member requires a more professional phone manner the staff on delivery were quite good.

What a great experience. The staff were lovely and helpful. Very professional outlook. Car was repaired very quickly. And the results were extremely good. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs repairs to the car.
