John is a patient, good guy who explains everything when you ask. He sorted our termites and follows up on things, he also respects my desire to not kill spiders (because they are awesome). I have recommended him to other people because he provides a good service and is a really nice bloke.

John was so fast to attend and provided a very comprehensive report of what issues we had and also provided pictures and videos without being asked. He understood our situation as home owners and treated us with respect and empathy. He explained the errors that were committed by the previous company who we hired to treat termites using lay man terms that we could understand and follow. John also promptly provided a quote for termite extermination again with all the details needed to understand what was included. I have told John that we will continue using his services every year for all our properties as to have someone that knowledgeable and professional gives us the peace of mind that the investment we are making is well looked after.
