What a lovely clinic! The staff are visibly always working so hard. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The Best For Pets program has saved us so much money on vaccinations and dental treatment etc. Highly recommend.

Had not long moved to the Gold Coast. I rang Vetcall as my dog was throwing up and had diarrhea for a couple of days. The team were super helpful from the first phone call to the vet's examination. They were busy but squeezed in an appointment. The care demonstrated was second to none. I highly recommend the Ashmore team!

Always had a brilliant experience here. The vets are kind and professional. After attending another vet with my dog who had cancer and being charged 2k for literally nothing and them saying they could do nothing for her, I switched to vetcall and they removed her cancer and did after treatment for under that amount. Would highly recommend this ethical, honest, well priced vets. Staff are very nice too. I won’t take my pups anywhere else.

Best place on the Gold Coast. I take my extremely anxious old boy here weekly and they’re also so accomodating to his needs every single time, the vets and nurse always handle my big boy with such care

I purchased a puppy that became sick the minute we got her home. I was extremely anxious she wouldn’t make it or I would need to return her. Turned out it was kennel cough but the vet was fantastic she had so much knowledge, educated us and prescribed medication. She reassured us and even rang the next day to see how the puppy was doing. If you need a great vet go here. Everyone is amazing with a special mention to the vet and reception girls. Thank you so much guys. 10/10

They were very caring in our emergency situation. Dealt with so quickly. Our much loved pooch has now completely recovered. Very happy.
