The price of my food and drink was higher than I expected. Food tasted good. Staff were efficient and friendly. Located in a handy spot with on-street car parking out the front and across the road. There’s a covered dining area located outside the cafe. The food options are excellent- there’s a wide variety of food available- ranging from salads to chicken.

Used to love this place but revisited today and basically paid $17 for a super dry and tasteless chicken schitznel burger (by itself no chips). It’s gotten super overpriced and they were out of chips due to Sydney chip shortage.

No kids menu but staff recommended ordering one main to share

Been coming here for the last 2 years with my work mates most week day lunchesOver that 2 years we have seen this place burn to the ground the food is extremely expensive.It’s gotten to the point where your life flashes before your eyes while you pull your card out.The staff are extremely rude and hiss at you when you pay eftposFood is below average and every 2 or so weeks they will bump up the price and change the produce for a cheaper low quality substitute.Last week we where eating our lunch sitting next to us was the ownerHe was having a business meeting with potential new ownersHe said to them “the people here don’t care about the price you don’t have to worry about that”Like it was a big claim while we where sitting next to him just spent $26 on a cold sloppy poor excuse for a chicken burger combo.I really hope this place goes under as it’s taking advantage of everyone that steps foot inside.

Stumbled across this place as we usually visit other chicken shops in the area - all I can say is the value for money + quality of food at this place is the best in the Eastern Suburbs. Very reasonably priced, large selection of mains and sides and big serving sizes - 10/10 from me!

It’s ok , not really representative of the price. Quality is hit and miss.Next door you get that stuff cheaper.Also they haven’t dealt with an Indian myna issue. They poo all over the outdoor seating

I usually don’t write negative reviews but this place confuses me.The food used to be good and am always happy to pay a little bit extra for quality ingredients and for food made with care. It seems that the care has disappeared and the food is now barely edible.Ordered a marinated chicken burger which was below average. One tomato, dry chicken, stale bread and not marinaded. Chips overcooked and barely passable for chips. How hard is it to fry and season chips?!?!It’s not difficult to see what the competition is doing, maybe they need to go back to school….Don’t waste money or time on this place.

Asked the server what’s gluten free other than the chicken .. he says nothing. We asked him to please ask the chef where there’s gluten in mash and fried rice. He blatantly said the chef is upstairs and no he will not go ask and also he’s not sure if mash has gluten lol terrible terrible service. Ended up leaving due to his attitude. Pretty sure he just was too lazy to go ask. Terrible.

This place has got worse and worse over the years. Not sure if it's changed owners but it used to be terrific about 20 years ago. Now it is so overpriced it's not funny. The selection is average and the quality is terrible. I recently bought a stir fry and it's probably one of the worst I have ever had.There are plenty of better more reasonably priced options in the area.
