Friendliest staff I've encountered in a woolies store for a long, long time. My wife and I were visiting family and called in for a few items, and we were pleasantly surprised by the good nature and banter with the staff. The store looked pretty damn good as well, so keep up the good work!

Very disappointing, will never shop with you again. Some of your staff think they have to much power.I truly understand that theirs limits of some products which I’m happy to put it aside if it’s not allowed. But when they told me that I can only pick one out of (toothpaste, soap or deodorant)? I sincerely asked why? They are totally different products and I need it. This angry lady , maybe maybe the manager? Said because it’s per regulation with the tone of voice raises ( pick one of that product or else lm asking you to leave! I think this kind of attitude it’s not acceptable. So I walked out without my shopping.To the management, please train your staff on how to answer questions if costumers ask. I’m not being rude, but I’m just confused. Just need some clarification why?

The shop shuts at 9, they wouldn't serve us any meat from the deluxe as it was 8:02 and they are nit allowed to serve after 8pm. We had been on the road since 6am, just wanted a couple of bits of ham to in the pre packaged salad we were buying as no cooking was allowed in the motel room. Guy at the service counter was excellent though.

Some staff are very rude.There is a lady by the name of Helen who is by far the most helpful and friendliest woolworths needs to appreciate her and get rid of the lazy ones who don't want to work and don't have customer service skills.

We were just passing through and I was only going to get a couple of items however the gluten free bread area was so well stocked with all bread and cakes in in the same bay I ended up buying more than I originally intended.
