My property manager Carol is responsive and efficient. Carol is empathetic to the tenants and maintains a good/close relationship with them while also managing the property with competence. As the owner is am very happy. Good property managers are rare. I highly recommend Carol Ward.

Tayla and the team have always been professional and polite to deal with. They have always got back to us when we had questions or had to report maintenance issues at the property. I find them easy to deal with and would recommend their services.

Getting into the rental was great but terrible experience ever since. Can't move without the real estate being on your back. Told not to leave seating out on the deck, and that bikes can't be kept in the laundry. A little splash pool for a 1 year old constitutes a breach for using the premises illegally. (And it was under the 300mm regulation). Was offered help to terminate my lease early! Veiled attempt at saying 'If you don't like it you can leave.' Weeds are knee high because the owner wants to do the gardens but only when he feels like it. Now we've got snakes. Real estate can't even be bothered replying to that email. Never again would I deal with these guys. Extremely unprofessional.

The Team at Rain & Horne Townsville have been nothing but fantastic to deal with. They have accommodated every request, worked to deadlines, taken calls to answer silly questions and reassured us along the way. Integrity, communication and trustworthy were severely lacking. 3 things you want associated with one of life’s largest financial decisions.Disappointing and petty leadership here.The presentation of my home at hand over was abysmal. Home was not cleaned, lawn and gardens were left to deteriorate, sliding robes have rubber hanging of them, the shower can’t be used as door broken and won’t shut. Range hood is not functioning and Front screen door won’t lock. And to top it off I used the Building and Pest recommended by Steve (which was clear) only to move in and discover TERMITES. I trusted Steve as I was a remote buyer.BUYERS BEWARE if using this realtor he is NOT TRANSPARENT. If you have STANDARDS go elsewhere.
