Most disappointed with our experience today. After ordering 2 coffees we waited and waited and then noticed the barista was standing near a table chatting with people who were obviously friends, we had to go into the shop and complain and when the coffees eventually arrived they were not hot especially on a cold day like today.

Dissappointing service experience. When I ordered two pies at $8 each I was told they will not be heating them as today is too hot to have the oven on. When I looked confused I was told with much attitude they are pre cooked and I can go home and heat them. The service just didn't do the tasty pies justice. This added to my previous experience when ordering a coffee, I had hoped it was a once off but now with both these experiences I'd rather try the other many eatery options in the complex.

Outstanding service, bread and treats.The multigrain sourdough has been a twice-weekly staple in our house, and over the years, has never let us down.The choc chip cookies are also a beautiful weekend treat - as would be the beautiful range of pastries.

Cannot fault the pastries at this place! Consistency fresh and delicious - which same goes for their cabinet sandwiches and wraps.Probably my third or fourth time visiting here over the years, but first time ‘dining-in’. Each time is very ‘hit or miss’ with coffees and friendliness of staff. On this occasion my cappuccino was very sour and bitter, and I’ve had this occur one time before as well. I do think it depends on who makes it, so would love to see some consistency! Their other location seems to really hit the mark with their coffees in all aspects and would love if this cafe could be just as reliable. Other than this, would 100% recommend their cinnamon scrolls… so so good!

Very nice place for a morning breakfast. Love their breads and pastries! A typical authentic cafe that locals seem to enjoy for the high quality food and the casual elegant atmosphere. Good Belaroma coffee... and very friendly staff as well!

They have nice pastries but there customer service is definitely lacking, sometimes they don't even speak to you. Just a little bit of friendliness goes along way
