I booked a COVID-19 vaccination for my 5yo daughter at the time that they told me to, then when we show up we're told there are no child dosages in stock! Just absolute time wasters. I can't believe Anthony Albanese got his COVID shot there -- they must have given him a blank.

I recently had issues trying to traverse the NDSS (diabetic supplies) system. Adelle (head honcho at Adore) persevered, contacted both the supplier and NDSS numerous times and eventually sorted out my problem (non delivery of a particular diabetic-related product). Excellent customer service.

April 2021Extremely rude when I tried to be helpful. There was a significant trip hazard outside the pharmacy (large sign had fallen over). I tried to let the pharmacist know but was ignored and then spoken to dismissively. I was trying to help.Decency, patience and politeness is free. The cost for not being civil comes in a 1 star Google review I’m afraid.**Edit** Oct 2021Again with the sign. Either stop putting it outside or weigh it down properly - if that thing blows onto Victoria Road it will be carnage.

Lived in Rozelle 4 years ago This pharmacy never ran out of my nicotine patches. This was a God' send as I have now been nicotine free for 4 years.Very good chemist and never ran out of medication stock

All I can say is I will never go back to this pharmacy, the owner Adele is ruthless and treat her staff and customers unfairly. Floors are very sticky and the store itself is not in a very pleasant presentation. Getting a compounded medication is great but it doesn’t end there, you still to provide a good custoner service or be a human being atleast.if you have other choice please visit other pharmacy, the owner needs to attend and learn how to treat her customers and staff correctly!
