Absolute joke selling fake perfume unprofessional when asking for a refund over the phone no help what so ever never bothered to reply to my email.

Absolutely pathetic experience . Avoid dealing with this business at all costs. They do not respond to queries and require signature with deliveries even if you specifically requested safe dropping. Even on the phone staff are ignorant and have no desire to right their wrongs. Now going through resolution with PayPal. Avoid this business! In response to Jody's claim Australia post stated:We’re unable to Safe Drop your parcel From Perfume Clearance Centre You’ve requested Safe Drop for all your signature parcels, but the sender hasn’t allowed it for this parcel.You’ll need to be home to sign for this parcel; if you’re unavailable we’ll take it to the Post Office and let you know how to collect it.Australia post have also specifically said that you paid extra to make it signature only and it is your responsibility to refund my request and not something i can take up with them as you suggested. I have forwarded you the email from them which confirms you are lying. Time for you to do the right thing!Obviously this business is run by people who have absolutely no morals. Avoid at all costs!

The perfume purchased from this place is NOT authentic. Do not waste your time or money.

Friendly, great service and had the perfume Id been looking for

Once ordered online with instore pickup and second order placed instore. Have had zero issues! On both occasions I have found the staff the be kind, courteous and great to deal with. The shop front just about has a tester for the whole range. No question for me about legitimacy of products sold. It nice to be able to try different testers without being bothered like department store. Looking forward to my next order!

Shocking customer service! I honestly feel robbed by this company. My order placed and gift wrapped was not the perfume I expected when the box was opened. The Perfume Clearance Centre advised that as I had opened the box to discover this they can’t re-sell and so they couldn’t help me. They even advised that they know and have on file the version I bought last time is different but “it’s really hard to get hold of”. They told me that times are hard so I would need to cop the loss so that they didn’t have to. I will certainly be spreading the word. Avoid avoid avoid!The reply posted on my review and several other complaints reviews here illustrates this business’ approach to customer service perfectly. Suspected fake perfume - customers fault, off perfume-customers fault, wrong perfume- customers fault, delivery problems- customers problem. Reason for failing to assist unhappy customers “we are a small business and would rather you be out of pocket than resolve issues with unhappy customers”.

I have been so happy with both my orders. Well packed and quick postage. Prices are fair and sometimes cheaper than other places. I am a happy customer and I plan to buy my next perfumes from here again.

I have used this company twice & have been very happy with my purchase, price & really fast delivery, 2 Days from placing the order, delivered to the door by Aust. Post. I won't hesitate to use them again & recommend them to my friends.

No issues with ordering and package arrived nicely. However the perfume authenticity is questionable. I have worn Armani my entire adult life and one spray of this and I smell an imitation. It smells nothing like my other bottle of this perfume and sadly had to change my shirt within the hour because I couldn’t stand it any longer. Hopefully this is just a bad bottle maybe………. I wouldn’t like to think a company would legitimately sell cheap imitations. This is just my experience.
