A fantastic service! Good quality wash and dry, trimming, eyes and ear cleaning, plus the most important thing, which is care. This is a key to me because we have a very timid rescue dog and she is liking bath day more and more each time! Highly recommended.

Emily is an energetic, engaging person who is passionate about her job and dogs. She has taken excellent care of our dogs and was most compassionate when our old man become so ill and eventually passed away. She won over our nervous little girl with her kindness and patience. and continues to take excellent care of her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I cant rate this service highly enough. Emily is great at her job, professional and friendly. My 2 dogs love her and i love the way they smell and look after one of her visits! I would not hesitate to recommend her and in fact have done so on many occasions.

Fantastic service, two dogs washed and dried. They smell great and loved it. One dog was sensitive to having nails trimmed but this was easily and professionally overcome. Would recommend and use again

I rang up asked politely to ask where there located. Nice reply back saying “we come to you, what is your postcode” after me telling them I live in 6105 she rudely said “we don’t service 6105”” and got hung up on straight away

Such an awesome company! Our dog started off as a pup terrified of grooming and thanks to lots of care and attention now she’s a laid back pro. Awesome business, awesome people, one happy hound.We’re 2 years in to fortnightly grooms and not only do they make it so easy but also always show up with a smile. We asked for the name of a good groomer on FB and about 15 friends recommended Em to us and we are so thankful they did! Highly recommend.

Took Bonnie to Jacinta for a proper Westie cut; fluffy head, short cut and skirt - what an amazing job she did. Bonnie looks fabulous and smells Devine.
