Service: acrylic French nails.First time. Service took 2hrsHygiene;The site is very unhygienic, the cuticle tool that was used, didn't look like it had been sterilised, it was dirty.They use the same nail file for all clients (nail file looked like it hadn't been changed in days)The floors were disgusting, tables were had dirty marks on every single one.Nail dust everywhere.Staff;All staff members were friendly and helpful.Service;The nail technician was very good at the painting of the nails.The filling... not so much, she filed so close to my skin my thumb and pinkie bled, when applying a product every nail stung as every nail my skin had tiny cuts.Cost $75.00.Conclusion;For the price that was charged for the service was ridiculous, the risk of getting a nail infections is so high due to the tools not being cleaned and sterilised properly and using the same tool for every client.

Love this salon! The staff are just so friendly and accommodating and the service is always first class. Would highly recommend!

Had my nails done today at Kimmy Nails so so satisfied with the services .The lady did amazing job with nail art .Thanks guys loved it♥️♥️

I booked my appointment for 6pm as I had plans and didn’t want to be just a walk in and need to wait a long time.I sat there until 7pm before someone came over to me.

Have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I am not a walk-in, I make my appointments. I am tired of paying for services that aren’t done correctly. Specifically made an appointment with either of 2 ladies and ended having the man do my nails, again. Third time by him and not done correctly or the way I have shown or asked for. Told him whilst being done, brushed off and ignored. $120 later, had enough and won’t be returning.

Had a lovely experience this morning at Kimmy Nails, I was in a rush to get my nails done and was seen straight away! I had read the reviews and was a little cautious going in, but I am very happy with my nails and how they look. The staff were very friendly and talkative, a little more expensive then I am used too but I am happy.

After being messed around by a different nail place in Elizabeth shopping centre my friends and I decided to go to Kimmy Nails and wow! They understood that we were a bit peeved off and they got all 5 of us in and out within 30 minutes!!! My nails as well as everyone else's nails looked absolutely amazing! Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming again! xo

I have been coming here for 4 years , it’s not the same anymore specially when owners are not around , they had literally 2 customers and asked me to wait for 1 hour . No matter you book prior or walk it you still need to wait for half hour atleast for them to start the service , very upsetting,Won’t be returning again .
