Wanted to get my nails done and lady had no interest at all so I was turned away.

My daughter had her nails done for her formal and they look amazing - just perfect! She said the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was a really positive experience for her.

I’m so disappointed, I was a regular customer here and I had a booking that I made two weeks in advance for my lashes to be filled. I had to organise a sitter for my son, I paid for parking, sat there for 15 minutes into my appointment, to be told that she can’t do it tonight because another girl is getting her lashes done and her hands done too. I mean, I made a booking? We had the booking for 2 weeks? You couldn’t even have the professionalism to contact me prior to my arrival?Not everyone here is bad, some of the ladies are lovely and do lovely nails. But I’m sorry, I won’t be seeing them again. They just lost a regular (and usually very happy) customer.

As someone who has had leg waxes monthly for the last decade, this was the most unprofessional wax I’ve had. I was left with bruising all over my upper thighs and a rash. I’m assuming this was due to the technicians not using baby powder before applying wax at all. (It was a 35 degree day). It was clear to me that the owner has just bought some waxing equipment and not had the staff trained in how to wax safely. It was also odd laying on a warm fur blanket which the wax kept sticking too. I was also left with a lot of hair and a half done job. I’m sure they do good nails but would never return for a wax. I suggest you pay for your staff to be get qualified and trained in waxing and set up with the right equipment if you are to continue to offer this service.

Got my nails done the other day here and it was amazing! The staff were friendly, talkative and positive. The nails were quickly done and nicely done! 10/10 experience definitely coming back.

Went in this morning in preparation for a friends wedding and the two ladies made me feel amazing. Denise made my mani and pedi look incredible which was a big feat because I had the rattiest cuticles ever but she made my hands and feet look brand new. The second lady (I didn’t catch her name) henna dyed my eyebrows and shaped them to perfection - they are now very naturally coloured and looking the best they have in years. Highly recommend this salon! They treat you like a VIP and are the sweetest ladies I’ve dealt with at a beauty salon ever. Love love love the service and I will be back!

Only went to get my acrylics removed, however the 2 wonderful staff were welcoming and unlike most salons spoke to you and made my very short time spent there enjoyable and I left in a happy mood.

Fair price. Good service
