Melanie the African pharmacist has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Her intellect is questionable. Her duty of care is lacking. Her attitude is obnoxious and arrogant. It is disappointing that she is part of the healthcare system in Australia as she is clearly lacking any health care towards the customers. I will not go to this pharmacy again

I would never go anywhere else. They have the best prices and the most helpful staff around the Gold Coast. They all bend over backwards to help you achieve your goal I was upset a few weeks ago when my friend had passed away that morning. Julie and the staff were so caring...I felt comforted and could not speak.Days later I went back in to get the prescriptions and felt that no other chemist knows me the way they do or cares. Kade is awesome....Julie and her team are all amazing. Nothing is too hard. Clean neat organized efficient and many cute small products for me to post to grandkids!Hope island you Rock!!! We love this pharmacy. It’s a perfect combination of the most up to date knowledge and old school customer service. The team are without doubt some of the most knowledgeable and professional in their field. We have been very fortunate in getting to know Vicki and her team over the last 8 years and they now feel like extended family. Their level of professionalism is recognized by the fact that the Vicki has previously been awarded Chempro Pharmacist of the year and Julie has been awarded Pharmacy Assistant of the year. This, combined with Alex and Christina’s knowledge, Erin’s skin care genius and makeup artistry skills, along with a Level of customer care that’s beyond expectation from Catrina and Kade (who always have the most beautiful welcoming smiles), you are in excellent hands.
